How It Works
Select Your Pet Photo
Upload a clear photo of your pet with your order. We accept nearly all images, and our team will contact you if there are any issues with your photo.
Personalize Your Portrait
Add your pet’s name, select a background color, customize the style to your liking, and choose the frame and size that best fits your space.
Artistic Creation & Delivery
After you place your order, our talented artists will begin crafting a digital illustration of your pet. We’ll ensure every detail is perfect before delivering your custom portrait.

1.) Close-Up is Key
Ensure your pet’s photo is taken in a well-lit area, preferably with natural lighting and without filters. A clear, close-up shot will give us the best details for the portrait.
2.) Head-On Shot
Capture your pet’s face head-on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This helps us create an accurate and detailed illustration of your pet’s face.
3.) Avoid Certain Shots
Please avoid overhead, overly filtered, or blurry photos. We typically can’t work with images of pets lying down.
Absolutely! We offer portraits for one pet, two pets, and three pets. If you’d like to feature more than three pets in a single portrait, please get in touch with our support team at loveinpix.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Absolutely! We specialize in creating portraits for a wide variety of pets, from adorable bunnies to charming birds. If it’s an animal, we’re likely able to illustrate it for you. Please note, however, that we do not create portraits of humans, no matter how delightful you might be!
Certainly! We’re happy to assist with any changes to your pet portrait order if you contact us at loveinpix.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.
After this 30-minute window, most changes, including address updates, may no longer be possible. Please be aware that some changes could potentially cause delays in shipping.
To ensure we deliver your order as quickly as possible, we do not provide artwork previews or proofs. However, if there are any issues with the photo you provided that might affect the quality of the portrait, we’ll contact you to request a new one. Please make sure to review our Image Guidelines here.
